Nagano Pork St. Louis Ribs

The St. Louis Ribs is a must-have for any meat lover, and we use only the best ingredients – including Quebec grown Nagano Pork! We rub them with our home made rubs, before slow cooking on low heat until they’re tender enough to fall off your fork. Then it’s time for you to enjoy this delicious dish at its very best fall off the bone slab each 3 or 4 bone serving weighing 400 – 450 grams. Prepared by our chefs, who know how much work went into making sure every bite delivers intense flavors right down into those soft and unctuous bites.

Yummy Pork Belly

Our pork belly is infused with garlic and ginger before being
slow-cooked in an sous vide tank for 16 hours. Just remove it from the bag to pan fry or BBQ! The juices left behind can also be reduced into a sauce that’s good on top of your finished product too – don’t forget about those delicious flavors so close at hand.

Just remove from the sous-vide bag and pan-fry to your liking or
heat on your BBQ.

16-Hour Signature Pulled Pork

We use the pork shoulder or sirloin, with that perfect balance of lean meat and fat, to make pulled pork that tastes as good, if not better than anything you can get from a restaurant.

We hand rub it with our signature spices and slow cook it in an oven for 16 hours before cooking is complete – this ensures the meat has
enough time to soak up all those delicious flavors!

When ready to serve simply remove your meal from its bag then heat in the oven (or put the bag into pot filled with simmering water) until heated through; Ready to pull apart and don’t forget about adding some BBQ sauce while there’s still lots left over.

We make our own BBQ sauces, and we’re proud of them! Our Kansas City Classic sauce has a unique ruby red color thanks to apple cider vinegar. We use high quality tomato ketchup with just enough sweetness complemented with our carmelized onions and garlic.

We make 2 BBQ sauces; Classic & Canadian Whiskey. We also make an out of this world Texas Bold BBQ Sauce with the right measure of that lingering bold and spicy flavour.

Our custom rubs are the result of our years of cooking experience. Using only quality ingredients, we create a mixture that has been perfected over time to penetrate ribs and chicken with deep flavour for all those who appreciate BBQ perfection in our products or
their backyards.

The Unforgettable 1/4 Chicken

With Quebec grown chicken, we quarter them and then sous vide them to create our delicious chicken offerings. For those who love it exciting or intensely seasoned – there are three rubs available with your choice: Piri piri (gentle heat), Greek-style and Chicken Breast which features garlic confit mixed with herbs for an unforgettable taste experience.

Finally Ancho chili Rub for our chicken legs will add depth not only in color but also aroma as well! To serve remove from bag/container reheat using either BBQ grill, oven, sous vide bath or microwave.
