Simply Heat & Eat

Preheat your oven to 375 and set the timer to 15 minutes.
You can use a higher heat to get them crispier

Prepare a tray to unpackage and place your wings

The wings are surrounded by their beautiful cooking liquids. 

Separate them to get ready to cook

Heat them thoroughly and if you want more crispiness sleave them longer or use a higher temperature.
You will find these instruction work quite well!

They are also microwavable and ready in less than 3 minutes

BBQ Classic Chicken Wings

Our Classic BBQ Chicken wings are rubbed with our home made recipe with a touch of molasses and brown sugar. They are then placed in a sous-vide bag and cooked slowly. There is no sauce on the chicken wings, just the savoury rub and the slow mingling of juices and flavours together in the bag.

Piri Piri WIngs _E

Storage:

Our sous-vide cooked Chicken wings are made with grain-fed chicken from the Fermes des Voltigeurs. Seasoned with our home made rubs, Piri-Piri, Classic BBq and Canadian Maple and Ginger. They cooked low and slow achieving a tenderness an flavourness that is hard to explain until you eat them. Our wings require refrigeration to stay fresh and to keep your food safe, because we do not use preservatives or high acid cooking. 

There is a batch number on each package and freeze by date to keep them safe to eat. Our normal shelf life is 45 days in the refrigerator from the day of production and then they need to be frozen.

Preparation Method:

Cut the bag open and place the chicken wings on an oven-proof pan in the oven at 385F. If they are frozen, thaw them out in the fridge overnight or put them in the sink and run cold water over them and they should thaw out in about 30 minutes.

Cook till thoroughly heated, this should take about 15 minutes.

Alternately, turn the bag over label side down on a microwave proof dish. Poke three or four holes in the bag and place in the microwave on HIGH setting for 2 minutes. The bag will inflate as the steam builds up, caution contents will be hot. Let stand for one minute and cut the bag open and place contents in a bowl or serving dish.

Serve with our selection of BBQ sauces.
